Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

I don't go walking much Ma but I am never still most days always on my feet,I never seem to sit much.I do have stairs too which I am told are good exersise.Love the bargains you bought especially the book.It made me smile thankyou.I don't like the air too humid either, phew it hits and knocks you over in some countries when you are only used to the weather in England.Texas in June Greece in July Turkey in August unbelievabley hot and humid.Blimey you bake LOL!!Have a great day.I hope you manage a walk and enjoy it.Take Care God Bless Kath xx
I love this one too, I somehow missed it for a while. It's hot in Michigan and we have had so much rain. I get up at 6 so I can work in the garden. You are smart to walk early, otherwise it gets skipped. My grandson is in Iraq so I think of him when we talk about our weather here. Thank you for always mentioning our troops!
A pantry cupboard doesn't have to be in the kitchen anyway!
Yes, it's been lovely and warm this year! I feel sorry for folks who can't take the humidity, but I'm a lucky one with that!
