Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Celebrate today and enjoy your favorite pickles!
How pretty! Your pickle dish arrangement reminds me of that my mother used to put out on the Sunday table. (Unfortunately, it's only used in my bathroom drawer right now to hold my toothbrush, etc.)
I don't often eat pickles, but Tom loves a good dill. You know, I might just eat one this afternoon in honor of the day. LOL!
I remember my mother-in-law having a pickle dish when we would go over for the holidays. I love pickles and olive Pam.
I miss the pickle dish Mom always had on the table after a big dinner. My grandma left me a pickle dish, and it was great. We moved across country and movers were rough. this dish broke along with other stuff.
My mom always had a relish dish just like this too! I could go for a nice dill pickle right about now. Have a great weekend Ma! :)
