Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

They are good and good for you too!
I'm just not a nutty person - lol. I wish I was.
I'm right there with you, Ma ... some of my favorite things! I used to always keep a jar of unsalted peanuts in the pantry, but have to sneak-eat them before the dogs get wind of what I'm doing. (They love them so much, but it's not good for their digestive systems.) I also keep a bag of walnut pieces in the crisper and sprinkle them on my salads and in my yogurt. It's not just for ice cream sundaes anymore!
