Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Celebrate today by appreciating all the items batteries allow you to use.
I'm adding my hearing aids and my neurotransmitter -- I have an implant to help with a medical condition -- to the battery list. I am so pleased that I don't need to change the tiny batteries that go in hearing aids. I just pop them into the charger. Thanks Mr. Volta!
Happy battery day - seriously - what would be do without them?
Well, darn. We were at the store a little earlier and I forget to pick up more batteries. I just put the last in our weather radio, but prefer to keep spares just in case. Now my cell phone only holds a charge for 3 to 3-1/2 hours, but I need to take it to an authorized repair shop to do that.
