Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Celebrate today and take time to write your letter to old St. Nick letting him know what you’d like for Christmas.
Ah ha! I did not know that Santa Claus , I mean St, Nick was born in Turkey. Thanks/ We are loving a cowgirl. Sherry & jack here in /Florida
St. Nicholas Day which is also known as the Feast of St. Nicholas - I like Jack did not know Turkey had anything to do with him.
I know Pam what you mean. With the kids so spread out it is hard for the whole family to get together. That is why this trip to Ohio last week was so great. We are only 8 but we all got together. Hope that one day your family will do that.
I'd never heard of St. Nicholas Day until my son told me that's what they did at his dad's and step-mom's place in Texas. Being together with family is priceless, and I do hope your Christmas wish comes true.
