Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Honor those men and women, who serve in the military, for their willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good of our country.
Thanks for the entry my friend. Glad to hear of the service from your family. I too served as a chief in the USN and in electronics also, but I was not in the air wing. Yes I too respect and thank all who served. Some gave all, but we all gave some...
Love you lady

Big thanks to your DS#2 AND his pretty wife for their service. Coming up in the Viet Nam era, I don't know that I could have been as brave (to serve, that is). I'm so glad your father and DDH survived conflict and returned proudly!
I thank all your family for their service and protect the good old USA!
