Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Life is too short to be anything but happy! Join me in celebrating today. The pictures today are a few years old. He is now a teenager and will be going to high school next year!

How can your Lucky Guy be a teenager already? Wow. I've sure enjoyed watching them all grow on your blog.
The Tooth Fairy was such a happy, integral part of my childhood. I hadn't thought about that in a long time.
We're expecting more rain later in the week, but I hope it holds off until our out-of-town doctor appointments/tests tomorrow are over. I really hate being out on the interstate in wet weather, whenever everyone else seems to go faster than what I'm comfortable driving. Happy Wednesday!
I like the Vikings ideas. Wish I had reaad this back in 1958, LOL Yeah my kids got a quarter. I remember I always got something but Iam sure it was nickel. That would buy a Milkyway or snickers or even a Hershey bar.... LOL
