Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

I love pizza! Make or buy your favorite pizza and enjoy!
Another interesting back story on the origins of pizza! I remember the first/only pizza we had in my growing-up days was that which came in a box. I was probably mid-20's before discovering the awesomeness of a modern pizza ... and today, oh my goodness, ALL the varieties! Sometimes it's fun to put an over-easy egg atop all the sausage/pepperoni and gooey cheese. Like an omelet on bread, lol.
I've seen (on the Facebook Keto group) where people are making individual pizzas using the low-carb tortillas, so will be trying that.
Which cauliflower crust pizza was that? I have made it with coconut flour and also almond flour.
You do come up with interesting stories. I love to read and learn them and our Christian Radio - must be going off the same calendar as you are - I heard it was pizza day - just without the history.
