Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

My home is what is best for me, I'm comfortable cozy and warm. There os truly no place like home for me.
I agree with you about owning a home - we do the same thing.
My niece's birthday is today - thankful for her.
We are finally down to the lower 80's!!!!!!!!!!!
World Habitat Day ... excellent. I think we've come a long way, but there's still so much needing done.
I love my little home, but it's been a real money pit. I think renting is the way to go.
You have expressed it well. There comes a time (we know) that owning is not what is called for. I know people who have no reason to own, the place is falling down around them. We see that in our future, renting or moving to a very small place. I thought making an apartment in our basement was the thing to do, for someone to occupy and take care of us.. BUT now I am not sure.
We appreciate your candor and agree with you about owning and renting.
Love from down here
