Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Peanut butter Sandwiches are good, with jelly, but they are also good with marshmallow fluff!
Again, something new to me. Fluffernutter. Now marshmallow creamed and P nut butter is not, but the name is. Maybe our boys were born too soon. LOL Anyway thanks for the education again. Imma look in the stores now as i shop. Enjoyed the read once again. Hope your day is bright.

I remember a jar of that marshmallow fluff being in my parent's pantry, but never tasting it. Hmmmmm....
At first your photograph looked like peanut butter on the right with mayo on the left. I wonder what that wouldn't taste like? (Leaning towards yummy.)
I think your efforts to control the sugar without taking pills is admirable. Most people would probably opt for the pills and continue eating what they like.
