Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Happy Thanksgiving Pam! I hope you have a nice time tomorrow. Taking a drive used to be a really big deal when I was a girl. We would even get dressed up to do it!! Sadly it's something which is just taken for granted today, as are many things! Thanks for the happy memories! xxoo
We always like to take car rides with Koda on the weekends :) Usually Sundays we'll take a longer one and explore a new area. We like to drive neighborhoods and look at houses :)
betty
I remember riding out through the country on Sundays with my Dad and Mom, it was a treat. I am thankful for the things I didn't have that gave me memories like this, and you have reminded me today. Happy Thanksgiving Pam! I am thankful you are a blogger.
