Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

I just found your blog, and I LOVE it. We all need to look on the bright side. Thank you.
It is hard to believe a month from today is Christmas! I did buy my first Christmas gift yesterday, online with free delivery, LOL :) I do admire those that can shop through the year for Christmas, I'm not like that but then I only have a handful of people to buy for (which is truly a blessing :)
Hope you enjoyed your family celebration yesterday!
betty
I have got a little shopping done! Colt will be the last one I buy for as I have NO CLUE what to buy! I does get stressful! Good luck with your crafting! I know they will be lovely!!
Some of my shopping is done. But I don't let it stress me out. Nor do I feel it is how much I spend but what I buy. It is the spirit in which the gift is given that counts more than anything. I always keep my eyes open all year for gifts, that way I'm not buying all at one time. Bless you.
