It's WEDNESDAY!

I have lots to do today. I hope to start the day off with my morning walk, then this afternoon I have to take the 'Silver Streak' in for her oil change. It's hard to believe that it's that time already.

Groceries need to be bought and I also need to put together some mac salad tonight or tomorrow morning for our Friday night supper at the camper. There is just never a dull moment around my house

Sweet Treat

Try this quick and easy dip with an assortment of fruit dippers for a sweet treat that’s low fat and nutritious

Festive Fruit Dip

8 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
8 ounces jarred marshmallow cream (Fluff)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Beat all ingredients together until well blended. Serve with strawberries, pineapple chunks, and apple slices for dipping.
