For most of life, nothing wonderful happens. If you don't enjoy getting up and working and finishing your work and sitting down to a meal with family or friends, then the chances are you're not going to be very happy. If someone bases his happiness or unhappiness on major events like a great new job, huge amounts of money, a flawlessly happy marriage or a trip to Paris, that person isn't going to be happy much of the time… If, on the other hand, happiness depends on a good breakfast, flowers in the yard, a drink or a nap, then we are more likely to live with quite a bit of happiness.

CAMPING SEASON BEGINS TODAY!
I won’t be camping, but the campground should be open!!!
As tomorrow is when our family gets together for Easter we won’t try to go camping til next weekend. I checked out the long range forecast and of course the prediction is rain. For tomorrow though it is party cloudy and 50 degrees.
The end of the first of my ‘boss on vacation’ week has come. Pretty much I’ve been busy but the days are long. I’ve gone to bed early every evening. Just tired out.
Fridays are always pretty good days so I’ll be off to work once more,
and of course I’ll be smiling.

I just love Andy Rooney. I used to eagerly anticipate his little monologue at the end of sixty minutes every week. Everything he said always struck home with me. He was right on the money every time!
