Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

What a lovely family you have there. And, yes, often our kiddos live far away. I have one in Oregon, one in New York and one in Alabama as well as the one who lives near me. But, we visit when we can.
great family there. two of our kids are far far away, but one is a mile away. we have been so blessed by their love.
We have no doubt that your children feel the same towards you. You do hve a beautiful family. we never had the daughter Sherry wanted, so we sorta adopted a daughter in law. My son was very mean during the divorce, but we still loved her and cared for her. WE have always remained close and she is still a sweetheart. Sherry does consider her a daughter.

Yours is such a beautiful family, Ma. Thankfully, after many years apart, we're now but 30 minutes from my son and granddaughter. Our numbers may be small, but I'm feeling blessed!
