Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Beautiful family shots. Also YES, by all means take care of your heart. I am so glad of the progress they have made. My dad would have lived much longer if todays logic and knowledge was available in the 1960s. Glad for the scientists and doctors who work tirelessly for help and cures for our bodies. Thanks for the visit.
Yes, it is important to take care of our heart - a very important organ for sure. I am glad you had yours checked and fixed and that you are doing so well.
National Wear Red DAY!
Like Jack, believe my own father would have lived much longer had he known his own health was in jeopardy -- and did something about it. I totally forgot about wearing red today, but wore my orange hoodie (close!). Our weather's begun warming, but that wind makes it feel much cooler.
