Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Celebrate today and remember to thank all the nurses in your life for their amazing work and dedication !
Thank you beautiful granddaughter nurse. She is truly appreciated!
My mother was a nurse and I loved the crisp white uniform with white shoes and white stockings! AND the little white cap! I remember she told me that each cap was different, it depended on what nursing school you had attended. I am sure these days what they wear is more comfortable but I miss those uniforms.
Indeed, where would we be without nurses? You must be so very proud ... and excited about the new GGrand baby, too!
Like Kay (above), my mother worked as an RN before I was born and wore the white uniform and cap. She was dressed in that uniform in one of my favorite photographs.
