Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Celebrate today and enjoy soaking up some rays. You can do it safely by using sunscreen!
Love the sunshine and love your sunflower photo! Best of luck with your health, my friend! 🧡
National May Ray Day - well if it means cool breezes - we already past that here in GA. It is hot. I try to get a little sunshine every day - lots of it here. But I have a problem with the heat!
Unlike me, my DIL has the most beautiful skin -- largely because she's always practiced good habits, including scarves around her neck and wide-brimmed hats.
My primary doc just put me on Vitamin D supplements, too.
with migraines, i stay out of sun and high pressure fronts. Santa Ana winds are the worst.
I'm celebrating sunshine with you! I love the sun. I know it is so good for me (physically) but mentally, I don't know where I would be without the daily doses of sunshine!!
