Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Celebrate the legacy of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who devoted his life to pursuit of justice and equality of all.
Dr. King was indeed a visionary ... gone too soon. I wonder what he would think of our country -- and Montgomery in particular -- today. There will always be haters, but I think for the most part they're few and have the good sense to keep their mouths shut.
Would you believe, I've only 2 purses. I think the most I ever had was 3. Using luggage for storage is a great idea!
i certainly respected MLK jr. and hated to hear of his assassination. BUT I am glad they did honor him with a Holiday. I get to share it also. ;-)
I know the kids are glad to have some crafts etc to hold of mama's. You wwill get the task done, but I KNOW it is a task, that is for sure.
You're inspiring me to clear out my purse "collection. I use just a few, but I've got a bunch. That's my goal on this slippery and cold day. Do have to make it out for a dentist appointment, and then it's back to purse clear out. Keep cozy!
