Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Funny that has been on my mind - forgiveness - it is a really relieving thing to do - and always ask God to forgive us too.
Easier said than done sometimes. 😐
To forgive -- sincerely -- is an amazing thing; I'm still working on the 'sincere' part. LOL.
I'm glad your grandson was able to cut your yard before the rain. We've had so much wet weather, our yard nearly got out of control. Thankfully, Tom agreed to have someone come and do the job and prune the crepe myrtles.
Have a wonderful new week!
Well for sure that sweet potato and chicken sounds good.
AND YES it is a great day to forgive, of course any day is, but it would be good if it reminded folks it is time to forgive.
Good one again
Sherry ^ jack no rain here today!
I never thought about combing sweet potatoes and chicken! Sounds good!!!
I hope to see the temps back in the 80's but that probably won't happen in Texas any time soon!! Even at NIGHT!
