Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Whatever you eat today, make sure it is something you enjoy !
Watermelon, there was a time no summer passed without having several watermelons. But the time came we never buy one. But my mouth is watering now after your pictures. LOL
We eat much more healthy than in our early life. Diabetes is a disease prominent in our family, thank God Sherry & I have avoided it.
Take care, glad you can spend time with your graduating class. SWEET. Sherry loves those class reunions, but now they are in the past evidently. TOO many passed on.
Love you lady,
Sherry & jack...
It is my 49th anniversary today and we are going out for steak! lol
Out of character, but I've basically been eating what I want now for the last few months. Everything in moderation.
This season's fresh vegetables are particularly good, so today's lunch was Roma tomato slices with baby mozarella cheese and Basil-infused olive oil. With a side of Keto vanilla yogurt and walnuts for dessert.
