It's WEDNESDAY

DON'T GO TO WORK UNLESS IT'S FUN DAY!

Don't Go to Work Unless it's Fun Day might be your day to sleep in. If this day were to fall on a Saturday or Sunday when you are normally off of work, it's an easy day to participate in. But today is Wednesday so make sure you get your boss' approval prior to participating. 

Wouldn't it be nice to wake up in the morning and decide whether you will go to work? If it is going to be fun at work, you get up and go.  When it's fun to go to work it doesn't really matter what day of the week it is.

If your job isn’t fun, maybe it’s a good day to call in sick and go back to bed.  You know you could use the rest. Be careful, though, I wouldn’t want you to lose your job.

Why wait till the weekend to have fun!

Today's pictures are of the grands having fun with coloring books.  It was a cold day so most of the time we spent at our Easter get together was inside.  I found these huge coloring books and thought that it might help pass some time for them when we were all together.  No matter what age you are it always is a fun thing to do.  Our Little Lad who is only 3 does an amazing job of it.  Staying inside the lines and filling the pictures in very well.

We had set up a folding table in the front room so that everyone had a place to sit down and eat, but when the meal was over, everyone hit the floor for some fun.

I am trying to count at least 3 things I'm thankful for each day and then in 1 year's time I'll have counted 1000 gifts. I’ll be sharing them and giving thanks to God for these gifts each day, 

417. for little artists, that will hopefully keep the fun in life as they grow

418. for the big artists in my family, as adults they do enjoy what they do

419. for the joy of watching them all together

Enter into His courts with thanksgiving — and in His presence is fullness of Joy!

PRAYER FOR OUR TROOPS

Please pray for God's protection of

our troops and HIS wisdom for their

commanders.

Lord, hold our troops in

your loving hands.

Protect them as they protect us.

Bless them and their families for the

selfless acts they perform for us

in our time of need. I ask this in the

name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

AND bless our Police Officers, Firefighters

and Paramedics and EMT's
