Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Oh what a great cause. So nice to have your whole family together and do the walk. Hugs, Marty
What a great post. Warm wishes for your folks that are strolling for this great cause.
That is interesting about the skimmer device, Ma; will have to see if something similar surfaces here.
Wonderful cause that you all stroll for as you can; it is something people need to have awareness of and get help for if affected by it.
Oatmeal is a great food indeed. Several years ago at one of the motels hubby and son stayed at on a trip together, they ordered the oatmeal for breakfast; it came with nuts, raisins, brown sugar. To this day they still talk about how good it was!
betty
My husband and I had a bowl of Oatmeal with toast, bacon and coffee for supper tonight. We do this quite often. Lol. You have some great children MA. I hope the walk went well. It's been in the 70's here the past few days. Take care. Jean
The "Full Wolf Moon".... oh, my, I wonder what we'll see on our pasture camera tonight!
