Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Have a great Monday...it's raining and nasty here...CityBoy and i are going to Boone tomorrow for dinner!!
That recipe for the pumpkin oatmeal sounded delicious! I'll have to try it sometime this month! I didn't realize how good pumpkin was for us! I had some grilled pumpkin the other day, that was very tasty!
Lots of interesting celebrations this month, I think I like National Chili Day! Will have to make a pot of chili on that day when it comes around this month!
Enjoy October Ma!

How quickly time passes. It was one year ago that I first visited your blog via DAD. You had posted the poem "October Gave a Party." This poem, from my childhood, brought back fun memories.
Since them, you have given me many causes to smile. Also, thanks to you,I will be ordering Bayberry Candles, soon.
Your good, friendly, humble words are appreciated. Aloha.
