Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

There is a beautiful painted sunrise just beyond my badly-need-of-paint garage this morning. Good morning to you!
I always get a smile Ma when I come here.I love how you change things each passing month in your home.I too have been taking down and putting away all the Christmas things.Other changes I have made too in my home today. So I am now settling down to a short time on the computer and then I shall snuggle up with my snuggle blanket and watch TV or maybe start a new book, some part of this evening after my Grandson has made his usual Friday visit (the 17yr old one )My eldest Grandson being 20..How the years roll by so quickly.Have a lovely Friday Ma,stay warm.Take Care God Bless Kath xx
cuddling up with a book sounds good to me!
Oh, I do love the picture of the pup and kitten. So sweet. I am like Kath, you always make me smile. I took down all my Christmas Tat this week and put all the old stuff back in it's place. I am thinking we need a bit of a shake up though, something new to distract us and get us through January. I have my thinking hat on! Have a wonderful weekend! xxoo
