For the Shamelessly Indulgent: Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup boiling water
Confectioners' sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl and slowly whisk in wet ingredients.
3. Pour into greased 9 by 12-inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.

That recipe looks so yummy! Like I NEED a "chocolate day" to indulge! LOL Maybe if it is officially a Chocolate day, none of the calories count!
I have celebrated chocolate day with a lovely Chocolate Walnut Crunch donut from Tim Horton's. Thanks MA for this lovely excuse.
