Cut the core out of the apples.
Place an apple on a piece of aluminum foil.
Fill the empty core cavity with brown sugar.
Wrap apple in aluminum foil.
Repeat steps #2 - #4 for each apple.
Place apples in campfire and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
For cooking at home, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
Time is the quality of nature that keeps events from happening all at once. Lately, it doesn't seem to be working
