Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

I can't possibly imagine the heartache of losing a precious child. No matter the years, that's surely something that lingers. Best we hold those mommies and daddies in our daily prayers ... and eat a doughnut every so often. Sugar from heaven!
Happy donut day. I do like donuts, but like you said they are not good for you.
I am so sorry about you losing and the parents losing a child. I didn't know you could lose them at age two. That was so sad.
I woke up at 4:00 this morning and thought I would catch up with my Blogging friends. I don't visit like I used to do.....life is busy with one thing and another but I was glad to see you are still blogging! Are you enjoying living in Texas? I'm loving the milder weather so far....but the heat is coming!!
