Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Celebrate today and order some French Fries at your favorite fast food restaurant. Enjoy !
What a beautiful and uplifting Sunday reflection! I totally agree French fries are such a simple joy, especially when homemade. Your day sounds peaceful and cozy. I'm thankful too for good food, great books, and quiet moments. Wishing you a relaxing and blessed Sunday
My Tom loves french fries! I'm 'middle of the road', but wind up dipping them in mayonnaise (and salt) which sort of defeats the idea of eating healthy.
Danielle Steele writes such lovely stories!
Okay sweet lady, I hope your day went as planned, sounded like you had it by the tail. FF not my fav food, but they are good and do go with the HB. There are times when you can truly enjoy just yourself. So do that and take care. Thinking of you out there in Texas! Sorta wish we were there with you! LOL
Why are some fries so good and others not so good. I know they are not too good for you. Baked ones are better for you. I used to like McDonald's fries, but sometimes they are too soft - I feel they are not cooked as well as they need to be.
