Decide to be happy today, to live with what is yours – your family, your business, your job, your luck. If you can’t have what you like, maybe you can like what you have.
Just for today, be kind, cheerful, agreeable, responsive, caring, and understanding. Be your best, dress your best, talk softly, and look for the bright side of things. Praise people for what they do and do not criticize them for what they cannot do. If someone does something stupid, forgive and forget. After all, it’s just for one day.
Who knows, it might turn out to be a nice day.

Oh, that was a great post. Beside giving encouragement to be kind and forgiving..I love dogs. (cat's, too for totally different reasons.) When you have ever had a great dog...you really know why they are loved so. Our, best little guy is gone now...but I will remember him forever.
I have to agree about the dogs!! I have rescued one from the shelter, "Pugsley!" He was the best dog we ever had!! Dogs do give unconditional love!! I can have a hard day at work and when I get home Mattie meets me at the car or the door whichever I am closest to. When she starts jumping up to see me I forget all about my day as I look into the eyes of true love!!!
