My sister, Deanie, did not have even one good teacher in the time she spent in school. At 7th grade, mother told her to just stay home. She made bad grades anyway. Can you imagine the insecurity my sister has lived with and had to overcome because no one - not even her mother - would take the time to truly teach her? I'm reminded of that because my grand Quad Kailey is much like my sister in that she is not a 'Polly Perfect' kind of student and praise God she has a gifted teacher who understands not all children learn the same way. Yes, teachers are so important! My Louis Dean was a teacher for 25 years and I educated my youngest two children at home. I'm a self educated person.....much like my sister. As a matter of fact.....none of the four of us siblings graduated. But we all educated ourselves in the end.

I'm early to visit here this morning. Today it's my turn to go to the dentist!Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09623820316056914224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5626705650115550220.post-91740211551061987182017-10-05T08:52:13.881-04:002017-10-05T08:52:13.881-04:00Looked like a lot of fun times for your son and hi...Looked like a lot of fun times for your son and his family! Teachers indeed are so vital in helping to raise a child. We need to pay them more and support them more.

Bettybettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06323135450742337670noreply@blogger.com
